Yes, site targeting is active in Google AdWords. There’s only two real possible reasons that your ad isn’t active yet: (I’m assuming that the ad and landing page are relevant and fit the guidelines of the ads here. If not…)
1. You’re trying to advertise on a competitor’s site and they’ve listed your domain as not being allowed.
2. You didn’t bid high enough to show up on the target site, so you won’t until your competing bidders’ ads are done.
Either way, you should email the AdWords Support to find out for sure.

hi yahoo
here is my question
im building a website using Yahoo! sitebuilder
on my website ill have many ads from advertisers
these will be in the form of words and photos
eg: there will be a word or photo, once a user clicks on it they will
be sent to the advertisers website
i need a script to count the number of times each ad is clicked. also
the script needs to be have a payement system for me to take payements
eg: at a weekly basis or once a certain number of hits have been
reached.
there are many scripts that do this but many are not very good and
some take a percentage of my money which i dont want.
also yahoo sitebuilder only uses some scripts, html, perl i think, but
they dont guarantee php…..
can you find me a very good script to integrate with my website?

I have placed image ads on google adwords.
All my keywords show that they are active, and my ads are running – they have been approved.
Yet, i cannot see my ads anywhere, when i use th search tool through adwords, it tellls me that the there are no ads of mine that match that keyword.
I also want to know how can i get my site listed up on the first search page of google – what are the costs involved?
Can someone please assist me.
