Pay Per Click Campaigns like Google AdWords

OK, I need help with this: what options do I choose, to get the ads (as in getting the HTML code to put in my website) to put on my website? BUT! What I want is the Ad’s that are classified as “you get money just for having them on your page when a person VIEWS the site, and doesn’t have to click on it.” How do I get one of these ads?
