I looked everywhere in Google…I really couldn’t find anything that was a direct translation of that name into an “English” name. No such luck, it seems.
However —
Min means : “Eternal, Cleverness and Intelligence”
This is the Korean meaning.
I couldn’t find the meaning of Seo.

So, what I’ve done is find other names that include the meaning of Eternal, Cleverness and Intelligence. Hope you like my suggestions:
~ Galenia — means: Small intelligent one
~ Cassidy — means: Intelligent
~ Akilah — means: Bright, intelligent
~ Amara — means: Eternal
~ Penelope — means: clever woman
~ Portia — means: Feminine form of a roman clan name. However, also: Portia was used by Shakespeare as the name of a clever, determined young heroine in “The Merchant of Venice”
Hope this helps!
I’m having a hard time finding Seo. I found Min and it means ‘clever’. I might consider using Sophia, because it stems from a word meaning ‘clever and wise’. If you want to go more literal, Mindy or Minerva would work. You could also simply use Min-Seo as her middle name, and name her what you want.
