Adwords is a google system that puts ads on search result page and charges advertisers once a user clicks on the ad. But, I have heard googler interviews are very mean and insulting. Unless you are from Stanford or know someone in Google the chances that you’ll be treated good are slim. Also, they conduct 12-15 interviews and if one of the interviewer doesn’t like you than you don’t get the job. Thats the reason more people are applying at Facebook.
