Can You Make Money From A Youtube Channel?
PPC November 26th, 2009I have a very popular channel with thousands of hits a week and was wondering if you can put adwords or anything on the channel page. I tried before with a website linked from the channel but nobody really visited it. Any ideas?

If the content you have uploaded is your own, then you can go ahead and apply for the copyright ownership. Once you get the copyright ownership then Youtube helps you in placing ads and making money for you.

If your videos are original (no copyright infringements), you should really consider metacafe.com
There, they pay for original videos getting hits. They have been around longer than YouTube, and they aren’t anal like youtube.

I think just put adds on it, they’ll give you money I think. There may be other ways as well
