   call Sprint at 888-211-4727 and ask for advanced tech support. tell rep you have done a soft and hard reset and want to try a RTN.
   If the RTN doesn’t fix it then go to:http://www.sprint.com/downloads
   in the drop down box select Windows CE and press the yellow submit button.
   download the upgrade for the PPC-6700. the webpage includes directions on how to upgrade your device.
   be sure to click on the right one as there is also an upgrade for the PPC-6600 and downloading the wrong one could fry your phone.
