How Do I Make A Bank Transfer?
PPC December 9th, 2009I have been trying to set up google adwords to try & promote my website as it is making no sales.
The problem is they only accept a credit card (which I don’t have) or a bank transfer. I’ve never made a bank transfer before & when I went into the bank to try & set one up they told me it would cost me more than the amount I was trying to transfer. Is there any way to do this without any charges?

Best is get a credit card. If not then you can request some one you know to allow you to use his credit card against immediate payment on acceptance by the advertiser.
These days it is usual for banks to ask the card holder about the transaction and the payment is made only after the card holder confirms to his banker.
Some companies accept direct debit mandate for which you need a debit card with sufficient balance in your account and if the bank is willing to reimburse in foreign currency.
Please ask the customer service department of your bank, they should help you out. Else get an account with another bank who is willing to assist you. This is because the banks are careful not to be involved in money laundering transactions

It would be legal for you to send them a check instead of a transfer. You would have to wait 30 days until the check was cleared ( checks clear in 3 days but counterfeits take 30 days to discover).
You can transfer between your own accounts for free. Transfer to someone else costs $15. Go ahead and pay it so you get your adwords started immediately. If you really believe that adwords will help you.
