How Do I Transfer The Ad Tracking Code From One Url To Another When They Click On A Link To Go To My 2nd Site?

I use Google Adwords and my tracking code is ?s1=google. This domain A is forwarded to my 1st site domain B. Now people click on a link that takes them to my 2nd site domain C. How do I get the code to transfer so that domain C can read it?

This is tricky without the proper software or paid tracking services. One suggestion I have is to use a trackable tinyurl service such as http://www.urlzoom.org/ where you can check the stats.
