You cannot reset the ESN on this or any other carrier device. Some people may tell you that you just need the proper code to do this (the same people that tell you that you can use a different carrier phone on a different network if you just have it “unlocked”) but the truth is that the ESN is built (or programmed) into the device’s hardware, which is not something that the general public can manipulate, even with the proper “code”. It needs to actually be hooked to the proper computer (usually only available at the carriers warehouse, or by the manufacturer) and manually “pushed” into the device.
