The most important thing you can to is to learn a little SEO. The programming language is irrelevant. In fact, I would suggest WordPress which would require no language. (I’m assuming you’re referring to programming when you speak of languge).
The internet is a big, competitive place. The chances of people finding your website, regardless of how nice it is, is slim,to none unless you learn how to do keyword research, SEO both on your webpages and off, and provide valuable, relevant content.
