Depends on how good the course is with regards to SEO questions.
If it contains some (or all) of the following, I would attend it (given you don’t already have this knowledge):
1. writing the code according to W3C standards
2. accessibility and your website
3. meta tags and its usage for search engine purposes
4. designing a clear CSS website (i.e. table-less design)
However, web DESIGN is really more about CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), so your website converts your visitors into prospects.
Perhaps you could visit 2 courses instead – one for SEO and one for web design, as SEO is about much more than designing a web.
