It depends on what your course content is, people in INDIA are associating directory submissions and reciprocal link building with SEO. You dont become SEO by learning these things, mark my word basic title. alt. meta optimization is nothing. Dont indulge yourself in only this.
Internet marketing is much broader than SEO, look at the bigger picture

I guess search engine optimization word is buzzing a lot these days and would be in future as it forms a main aspect of a site to be in competition with it’s peers on search front.
