This is a difficult question to answer and shouldn’t be answered so quickly. This will be dependent on numerous factors, including the popularity of your industry, what your competitors are offering on their Websites and whether or not they do PPC as well, and also once you get these visitors on your Website, the usability factor on your site (how easy it is for visitors to browse and then purchase from your Website). This also depends on how professional your site looks, its design and layout factors, and its appeal.
How many of your 100 clicks is a good click-thru rate of return, also depends on whether or not you have a very clear “Call to Action” form that prompts visitors to do something, like complete a form online or make a purchase with the “Add to Shopping Cart” link, or something like that.
After doing more research on this, and taking a more deeper look, it would not be too unreasonable to expect at least 10 out of your 100 clicks to generate a return.

For the first time when I saw an associate program i said this is my chance.Medicines.co.nr pays more than any affiliate program, it offers pay per click programm 0.25 cents per click, which is more than google.i made 500$ in one week last month.i simply signed up from medicines.co.nr and now im getting 3000$ per month from this site.if you have a website or even free website put (medicines.co.nr + bidvertiser) banner on your site and ask others to click on it.all you need is a traffic. It is new in USA and people don’t know much about it, that’s why it is offering 0.25 cents(Which is high).get the money before its too late.

Going to depend on your site. I have just started my site and have had 40 hits and 2 sells. However, my clicks and impressions have stopped and they havent responded to my emails. If they dont respond I am going to cancel my service.http://www.tbirdsonline.com
