Why Does My Ad Work On Ebay But Not On Ppc?
PPC November 26th, 2009Why does my ad work on Ebay but not on PPC? I put promotional ads on ebay promoting my website www.eblitter.com (cell phones and such) and in no time I made much money with about 30 sales in ten days! In Ebay it was under Cell Phones & PDAs > Cell Phones & Smartphones. But when I put the same add on Yahoo and Google Pay Per Clicks I get nothing? I would think I would generate a lot more action since my keywords are more specific to their needs.

There is much to know about PPC advertising. You can lose a lot of money with the wrong keywords if you don’t do your research thoroughly. There are some free tools on the net to do that research with, but that is just scratching the surface. Google PPC ads can be really expensive if they put you in the “sandbox” which means that if you log in and check your keywords, they are probably all paused and asking for a higher bid like $12 a word.
